Ask Me Anything

Sometimes, you just have a lot on your mind, and you’re not sure where to start. Is there a conflict in there somewhere? Are you confused or overwhelmed? It can be really helpful to have someone to listen.

At an ask-me-anything session, I can:

  • Listen with empathy

  • Help you organize your thoughts

  • Share whatever information or experiences I have that are relevant

  • Direct you towards other resources

  • Cheer your successes and mourn your disappointments

  • Not give you any advice unless you ask for it
