About me

I originally hail from south Louisiana and still enjoy eating crawfish and king cake. I graduated from Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts, and have a bachelor’s degree from New College of Florida (yes, that New College of Florida) and an MBA from the University of Florida Warrenton College of Business. I moved to Washington, DC with my husband in 2005. My favorite things are cooking, cats, and playing classical piano.

Along the way, I’ve studied nonviolent communication and authentic relating extensively. I’m a certified mediator. I have led a community-driven women’s sex discussion group since 2017 and an all-gender sex discussion group since 2019 (Women Uncorked and People Uncorked, respectively). I’ve become a core organizer with Center for a New Culture.

I’m using my work and life experiences to create something unique to help you with your relationship and personal challenges.
